Camp Namanu offers a variety of Lodges and Meeting Spaces to accommodate your program. Overnight capacities range from 22 to as few as 6, so your event, large or small will be comfortable and special. You can add additional sleeping areas and activities to make your event more fun for more people!
You determine the buildings and overnight cabins you need for your program, how many activities you’d like to participate in, and how many days/nights you’ll need for the best possible experience. Download our Rental Agreement and Rental Spaces and Activities Form to see capacities and prices. Rentals over $7000 have exclusive use of the site, excluding spaces not rented.

A Camp Namanu Experience is about sharing special times in a special place with special people.
You bring the sleeping bag and we’ll supply the 100 year-old Douglas fir trees. We don’t have fancy china plates, but we do have the Wild and Scenic Sandy River. At the end of the day gather around the camp fire with your closest friends and watch the sparks disappear up into the starry night skies of Oregon.

How to Apply for a Rental
Download the Camp Namanu Rental Guide and/or contact the Camp Namanu Rental Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org or 971-340-1598 to confirm date availability. Answer any initial rental questions, and schedule site tour (tour is optional but strongly encouraged).
Download and complete the Rental Spaces and Activities Form to select group space, cabin/lodge overnight space, dining service, or desired activities.
Submit signed Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver, Rental Spaces and Activities Form, along with 40% of the total rental fee to the Camp Fire Columbia main office.
Rental reservation confirmed within 5 business days after receipt of agreement and deposit.
Additional Steps and Deadlines
90 days prior to arrival date, additional 40% total rental fee deposit due to Camp Fire office.
30 days prior to arrival date, remaining balance and insurance certificate due.
14 days prior to arrival date confirm number of guests for activities (if applicable).

We highly recommend you visit Camp Namanu prior to booking a reservation to ensure that our site will meet your group’s needs. We must escort visitors, and want to answer any questions that arise, so please inquire with our staff about the best time to visit.
